The order of meals affects postprandial blood glucose

Correct order of meals can help diabetes patients to control food intake, and avoid excessive fluctuation of postprandial blood glucose.

It should be noted that, this order of meals is just for general condition. If a strong exercise is taken before the meal, the blood glucose is already a low level. In that case, main meal (such as bread) should be taken first to avoid low blood glucose.
