Stir-Fried Eggplant

Ingredients: 350 grams of Eggplant, 1/3 cup diced carrot, 1/3 cup diced cucumber, 1/3 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

Steps

  1. Wash and rinse your eggplant, cut the eggplant into pieces.
