Ingredients: 300 grams of potatoes, 1/3 cup diced carrot, 1/3 cup chopped celery, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp whole-grain mustard, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/3 tsp black pepper.


  1. Wash and rinse your potatoes, remove the "eyes" from the potatoes, you don't have to peel the potatoes to make potato salad, because the potato skins will add a rich flavor and nutrition to the salad.
