Vitamin C can dilate blood vessels, assist in lowering blood pressure

Principle of lowering blood pressure
Vitamin C can promote the body's synthesis of nitrogen-oxygen compounds, and the nitrogen oxygen compounds can dilate blood vessels, thereby helping to lower blood pressure.
